Haan bhai, Prestige ke saath negotiation mushkil hai. Jo rate bolte hain, wahi final hota hai mostly. But you can try asking for a slight waiver on registration charges or maybe an appliance package. Sometimes they offer that instead of a direct discount. Don't expect more than 1-2% max.
