Prestige project pre-launch offers: My reality check

₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Chamrajpet — is this actually the going rate now? Everyone glorifies pre-launch discounts, but I'm looking at a Prestige project and the 'early bird' pricing seems barely different. Matlab, is the so-called discount just a marketing gimmick? Change my mind.
