Prestige Raintree Park 4BHK: Price justified for Whitefield?

Dekha maine ek video Prestige Raintree Park ke 4 BHK + servant room flat ka. It's a spacious 2588 sqft unit on Whitefield Main Road. Looks pretty premium, but I'm curious about the pricing. Prestige projects are usually quite high, aur with possession by Dec 2028, I'm wondering agar yeh value for money hai. Location achhi hai no doubt. What do you guys think about the price justification for such a large 4BHK in this area and timeline? Any thoughts on its ROI?
