Prestige Raintree Park amenities are just for show — change my mind.
Just moved into Prestige Raintree Park last month, possession was a bit delayed but finally in. Looks great on paper, but I'm having second thoughts about some things. The amenities, for example, they look fancy, but kitne useful hain daily life mein? Kids' play area theek hai, but baaki sab... not sure. Gym ka equipment bhi theek-thaak hai, nothing extraordinary. Also, neighborhood ka kya scene hai? Schools and hospitals kitne paas hain, aur commute to Whitefield or ORR kaisa rehta hai? I'm finding traffic a bit much honestly. Any first-hand experiences from residents? Should I have considered other projects around the same price point... like maybe in Sarjapur? Thoda confused hoon.

Bhai, you're not alone. I'm also looking for my first home and the choices are overwhelming. Prestige Raintree Park is still upcoming, right? Possession 2030 hai, so maybe things will change. But yeah, Sarjapur ke projects bhi tempting hain for sure, especially the ones near Aavalahalli.
Totally get what you're saying. Amenities often over-promised. Commute to Whitefield is a nightmare from that side anyway.
