Prestige & Sobha: Overrated quality?

Okay I'll say what no one says – Prestige and Sobha are totally overrated for construction quality. Everyone glorifies their brand, but site visits in Whitefield and Sarjapur show finishing issues, plaster cracks common hai. Customer support toh after booking bhool hi jao. Is Brigade or Godrej actually better for long-term quality and resale? Change my mind.
