Prestige vs Keya: Are amenities just a gimmick?

Whitefield — everyone keeps glorifying Prestige City, but honestly, are the amenities even real? I'm looking at their projects, brochures show so much. I've heard stories about pools not being maintained or clubhouses being tiny. Keya Life By The Lake also promises a lot. Is it just me, or do builders intentionally show grand amenities knowing they'll cut corners later? My parents keep saying 'check reality, not just pictures'. Is Prestige really delivering all that fancy stuff or is Keya Homes more realistic? Change my mind.
