Prestige Whitefield 2BHK: Finishing issues and maintenance shock

Just 3 months into my Prestige 2BHK in Whitefield, finding so many finishing issues and the maintenance charges feel crazy. Did anyone else face this with Prestige or Sobha? Is this normal for Bengaluru?

Totally understand your pain. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Akshayanagar and the quoted maintenance itself is making me rethink. Is this just a Whitefield problem or generally Bangalore builders

Bhai, Prestige ke saath ye common issue hai kya? Hum bhi Whitefield mein dekh rahe the, ab toh darr lag raha hai. I've heard some mixed reviews about their finishing lately, but high maintenance is a new concern. What's the per sqft charge they are asking for?
