Pride Pegasus: Hidden charges after possession?

Buying a completed project doesn't save you from surprises, I'm finding. Moved into Pride Pegasus a few months back, upgrading from my 2BHK. The brochure promised premium finishes, but the actual quality feels a bit... off. Worse, the 'final' cost had so many hidden charges post-possession. PLC, club membership fees, maintenance advances – everything felt inflated compared to what was discussed. My EMI is already stretching me, this just adds to the burden. Did anyone else face such unexpected costs with Pride Pegasus? What did you do?
