Primagic Onyx Abode

Noida Sector 150 — been looking at Primagic Onyx Abode there. Honestly, I'm really nervous about project delays. My parents keep saying builders always delay things by years, and this is my first flat. I can't afford to pay EMI and rent for too long. The brochure looks great, all those amenities sound good but are they even real? Or will they be half-done when they finally give possession? I'm worried about the actual possession experience. What if they hand over a shell, or charge insane PLCs later? Has anyone dealt with Primagic before? Are their project deliveries generally on time? What was your experience with the actual quality after moving in? I'm trying to decide if it's worth it for around ₹78L...ab samajh nahi aa raha.
