Prime Residences layouts feel cramped for the price
Did a site visit to Prime Residences on Saturday, and honestly, those floor plans for a 3BHK felt so cramped. Everyone talks about the price point, but nobody mentions how inefficient the carpet area feels, especially for a family upgrading. My kids need space, yaar. For ₹2.5 Cr+, I expected more usable living area, not just fancy renders. Is it just me, or are builders cutting corners on actual living space now? How does this compare to other projects in the same range, like maybe something older but with better layouts? My wife's priority is a genuinely comfortable home, not just a prestigious address. Honestly, not sure if it's worth it for our needs. Disagree? Tell me why.

Yaar, this is the sad reality of today's market. I faced a similar situation when I was looking
Bhai, this is typical. Builders show fancy renders then deliver tiny spaces. Have you checked their RERA number? And what's the possession date they are promising? I'm always skeptical with 'UPCOMING' projects.
Builder ka track record toh sabse pehle dekhna chahiye, sahi baat hai. Mere cousin ne inke pichle project mein invest kiya tha, abhi tak possession nahi mila hai.
Yes, the RERA number is GGM/900/632/2025/03. Possession date is 2029-12-01. But with 'UPCOMING' projects, delays are almost guaranteed, especially with such a long timeline. My friend booked a project in Baharampur Naya and it's already 1 year delayed.
Totally agree! I also visited Prime Residences last month, same feeling. For ₹2.5 Cr+, you expect spacious rooms, not these shoeboxes. My wife was also disappointed.
Haan exactly! Meri wife toh bol rahi thi, isse achha toh rent pe bade ghar mein reh lenge. Such a letdown.
