Primex Krishna Apartment mein abhi move kiya, March mein possession mila tha. Yahan construction quality ka kya haal hai? Mere flat mein plaster cracks dikh rahe hain already, aur bathroom mein thoda seepage lag raha. Society maintenance bhi average lag raha hai. Baaki residents ka kya experience hai? Koi hidden issues mile possession ke time?

It's really tough for first-time buyers. Har koi achha ghar chahta hai within budget. Primex Krishna ka location no doubt achha hai, but agar quality hi compromised hai toh kya fayda? Is there any resident welfare association (RWA) active jo builder
My friend almost booked in Primex Krishna last year, but then pulled out after checking some older projects by Primex Infratech. Unke previous projects mein bhi similar issues the – poor finishing, electrical problems, and common area maintenance. He ended up booking in a slightly more expensive project in Alpha I Greater Noida, but says the peace of mind is worth it. Sometimes, saving a few lakhs costs you a lot more in headaches later.
This is concerning. Primex Infratech ka toh naam hi kharab hai market mein. Did anyone check their RERA status or past project reviews before booking? What was the general sentiment back then when you guys booked, was it all positive?
Totally relate to this. Primex Infratech ne toh Ajayabpur side bhi ek project mein delay kiya tha. Jab humne Primex Krishna mein booking ki thi, market mein buzz tha ki they are improving. Price point bhi attractive laga tha, considering it's near the Expressway. But seems like it was just marketing. Ab toh lagta hai ki thoda aur wait kar lete ya Alpha-II Commercial Belt ke paas koi resale dekh lete. Current market conditions mein buyers ke paas options kam hain, isliye builders ko leverage mil jaata hai.
U9 is right, RERA mein sab theek dikhta hai. But ground reality different hoti hai. Jab humne book kiya tha, sales team ne bahut promises kiye the quality ke baare mein. Ab lag raha hai sab hawa-hawai tha. Primex ka track record Alpha I Greater Noida mein bhi kuch khaas nahi raha hai.

Yaar, Primex Krishna mein mere ek colleague ne bhi flat liya hai. Uska experience bhi similar hai. Kitchen ke sink ke paas leakage hai aur balcony railing mein bhi finish achhi nahi hai. Builders aajkal bas project complete karne ki jaldi mein rehte hain, quality control zero hai. Hum first-time buyers ke liye toh yeh sab bahut stress deta hai, ek-ek paisa jod ke ghar lete hain aur phir yeh sab dekhna padta hai.

Totally agree with U2. Primex ka record theek nahi hai. Mere friend ne bhi inke ek project mein book kiya tha, same issues aaye. Warranty period mein bhi bahut bhagate hain.
