Primex Krishna Apartment mein daily life kaisi hai, sach mein? Kids ab set ho gaye hain, toh humein itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. Looking for a compact 2BHK, something manageable. Is this society genuinely good to live in, ya sirf paper pe accha lagta hai? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Lift, security, society maintenance, yeh sab theek hai? Especially maintenance charges, kya monthly bahut high aate hain? We want low maintenance. Nearby hospital access kaisa hai? Jo log wahan rehte hain, aapka experience kaisa raha? Would you recommend it for empty nesters like us? Honest opinions please.

U1, for empty nesters, consider the noise levels too. Some societies, even if well-maintained, can be very noisy with kids playing all day. Ask about sound insulation between flats. My friend in a society near Alistonia Estate regretted not checking this. Also, that RERA 'Not Applicable' and future possession date is a huge concern. Builders sometimes try to sell 'resale' units in a new project to bypass RERA.
