Primex Krishna Apartment: What's the real daily life like?
Primex Krishna Apartment mein daily life kaisi hai, sach mein? Kids ab set ho gaye hain, toh humein itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. Looking for a compact 2BHK, something manageable. Is this society genuinely good to live in, ya sirf paper pe accha lagta hai? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Lift, security, society maintenance, yeh sab theek hai? Especially maintenance charges, kya monthly bahut high aate hain? We want low maintenance. Nearby hospital access kaisa hai? Jo log wahan rehte hain, aapka experience kaisa raha? Would you recommend it for empty nesters like us? Honest opinions please.

Honestly, Primex Krishna has been a mixed bag for many. The location is good, connectivity is fine. But the build quality can be inconsistent across towers. Maintenance issues do crop up, and getting them resolved takes time. For the price range, it's competitive, especially considering current Noida market conditions where prices are slowly inching up, but don't expect premium service. If you're okay with a 'take it as it is' approach and can handle minor inconveniences, it might work. But if you want a completely hassle-free life, you might need to stretch your budget for newer, RERA-registered projects.
U1, for empty nesters, consider the noise levels too. Some societies, even if well-maintained, can be very noisy with kids playing all day. Ask about sound insulation between flats. My friend in a society near Alistonia Estate regretted not checking this. Also, that RERA 'Not Applicable' and future possession date is a huge concern. Builders sometimes try to sell 'resale' units in a new project to bypass RERA.
U8, that's a very valid point about noise! Never thought of that. And the resale unit trick, wow, that's a new one for me. This market is so tricky. I was looking at a place in Alpha-II Commercial Belt for similar reasons, but even there, transparency is an issue.
Mai wahan ka resident nahi hu but I've visited friends there. The amenities are decent, not super luxurious but functional. Lifts work, security seems okay, but sometimes the common areas feel a bit neglected. Maintenance charges are not super high from what I heard, but definitely not 'low' low. Hospital access is good, there are a few decent ones within 15-20 min drive. Overall, it feels like a no-frills, practical place.
U6, I agree. Vibe is important. I'm also worried about the 'completed' status but future possession date. Is it possible that it's completed but they are waiting for some final clearances? I've seen that happen with projects around Ajayabpur.
U5, thanks for the honest feedback! 'Not super high' but 'not low' low, that's the kind of realistic info we need. For empty nesters, peace of mind with basic amenities is key. We don't need a swimming pool but a working lift is non-negotiable. What about the general vibe, families ya mixed crowd?
Hey U1, hum bhi Primex Krishna consider kar rahe hain! Budget bhi apna similar hi hai, 2BHK is perfect. But I'm really confused about the 'Completed' status versus the '2025-07-01' possession date. Ye builder website pe kuch aur dikha raha hai, Propmyna pe kuch aur. Kya scene hai? RERA number bhi 'Not Applicable' likha hai, which is a bit concerning for a completed project. Is it an old project ya kuch aur locha hai?
Exactly, U3. I faced similar issues with a project near Alpha I Greater Noida. Builders sometimes play with dates to avoid certain regulations. Primex Krishna ka price range ₹13 L – ₹25 L sounds good for a 2BHK, but only if everything is transparent. We are also empty nesters and want peace of mind, not future legal battles.
U2, you hit the nail on the head! That RERA 'Not Applicable' is a red flag for me too. Usually, if a project is completed before RERA came into effect, it might not have one, but then possession date should be past. This discrepancy is fishy. Noida Extension mein bahut builders ne aise dates ka khel kiya hai.
