Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. My family's growing, so I'm finally looking for a 3BHK in Greater Noida, maybe Noida Extension side. Primex Krishna Apartment kaafi acha lag raha hai, budget mein bhi aa raha hai (around 85L-90L). But I'm really worried about the construction quality after possession, you know, plaster cracks, seepage issues? My wife ki priority hai ki ghar sahi ho and safe ho for the kids. Also, I need to know Primex Infratech ka RERA compliance record kaisa hai, koi big legal cases toh nahi? Long-term mein, 5 saal baad is project ki resale value kaisi hogi? Planning for kids' future, so investment bhi dekhna hai. Any real experiences, please share.
