Honestly, I thought I'd done my homework on Princess Park. The actual 3BHK property prices here surprised me. Paid nearly ₹2.8 Cr for mine, possession in April. Everyone talks about UER-II boosting values, but I'm not sure if current prices already factor that in. Good appreciation in 3-5 years? Or am I overthinking ROI?

2.8 Cr for Princess Park? Oof, that's a hefty price tag yaar. Which specific tower and floor did you get? I was checking out properties in Ansal Villas recently, and even there, 3BHKs are around 2.2-2.5 Cr depending on the size. Princess Park ka hype toh hai, but this seems high.
U2, you're right, it sounds high, but prices have legit shot up in that corridor. UER-II ka
