Honestly, I almost pulled the trigger on a Princess Park flat last week, feeling fed up with renting. My landlord just hiked the rent again, and I'm finally thinking it's time to build equity. I'm looking at a 2BHK, maybe around ₹1.5Cr, but I'm really trying to understand the commute reality. Everyone talks about the Metro connectivity, but is it actually smooth during peak hours? I'm worried about last-mile issues and how crowded those trains get. Also, what's the ground reality for road traffic around Princess Park? The UER-II project sounds good on paper, but I'm not sure if that's more hype or actual relief for existing residents. Any insights on daily travel for someone who'd be doing the EMI vs. rent math?

Bhai, 1.5 Cr for a 2BHK in Princess Park? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? Commute ka toh pata nahi, but prices wahan already quite inflated hain. Metro connectivity hai par peak hours mein Delhi Metro ki haalat sabko pata hai. Last-mile ka toh har jagah issue hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho, prices definitely high hain. Hum bhi last year dekh rahe the udhar, Anand Vihar side mein bhi same rates chal rahe the. Metro convenience deti hai no doubt
