Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Princess Park. I'm based in Dubai, so physically checking safety and future growth is tough. What's the real investment potential there over 3-5 years? Is the appreciation steady, and what kind of rental demand can I expect? Heard Delhi rental yields are 2-4%, is that true for Princess Park?
