Princess Park — I'm seriously fed up with the RWA here. My parents keep saying Delhi RWAs are tough, but this is next level. Maintenance charges feel like daylight robbery for what we actually get. The common areas are barely maintained, and don't even get me started on the parking situation. It's a daily battle for a spot, even for residents with multiple cars. They promised ample parking in the brochure, but it's a joke, honestly. Is anyone else living in Princess Park facing this? Or any other Delhi societies with similar RWA issues? What did you guys do? I'm paying a hefty EMI for my 2BHK, and these extra costs are just draining me.
