₹70 lakh for a 2BHK in Prism City Blue — is this investment smart for long-term? I'm finally fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so I'm taking the plunge. But honestly, pichle investment mein bohot loss hua tha, so cautious hoon. I'm looking at Prism City Blue but not sure about its capital appreciation forecast. Has anyone seen price movement since launch? Also, what's the real rental yield possible here? Matlab, kitna kiraaya mil jaayega? My main worry is the resale market. Is this project liquid enough? Agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna pada, will I find buyers easily or will it be stuck? Builder ka track record theek hai, but secondary market ka kya scene hai? Koi experience share karo please.

Bhai, 70 lakh for a 2BHK sounds a bit steep, especially with possession in late 2029. Utne time mein toh market kitna badal jaayega, pata nahi. My friend booked in Akurdi and is regretting the long wait. Yeh Prism City Blue ka location bhi thoda out hai na?
