Prism City Blue: Real talk on daily life?

Did a site visit to Prism City Blue last week. I work in real estate, but buying my own place is different, yaar. Dekhne mein toh sab accha lagta hai, but is it genuinely good for daily living? Not just on paper. I'm worried about the possession experience. What hidden issues did people find after moving in? Off the record, how's the actual neighborhood quality? Schools, markets, daily convenience, all that stuff. Should I consider it seriously for my family?

Yaar, Prism City Blue ka site visit maine bhi kiya tha. Dekhne mein toh sab theek laga, but jo OP ne bola possession experience, that's my biggest fear. Builder ka track record kaisa hai, koi batao? Price range toh kafi wide hai (₹60 L – ₹1.2 Cr), is it justified for a project whose possession is in 2029? I'm worried about the long wait and potential delays, even with RERA number PR1261012501646 in place.
