Been tracking Bengaluru property for a while, looking for an upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Whitefield, thinking of a 3BHK or villa. Profound Lakeshore (₹60L-₹1Cr) caught my eye; it's completed. Kya actual rental yield milta hai yahaan, like kitna per month? Resale market kitna liquid hai for these flats, easy exit milega kya in 5-7 years? Already home loan hai, so ROI matters a lot. Is the capital appreciation potential still good for investors on a completed project like this? What's your experience?
