Marketing mein toh sab green spaces aur top-notch security dikhate hain. But I'm seriously wondering, kitna actual green area milta hai? Ya bas chote-mote plants laga ke 'landscaped gardens' bol dete hain? Investor perspective se, ye amenities resale value ya rental income mein kitna add karti hain? Often, I feel security systems are just for show. Guard quality aur CCTV monitoring kitna effective hota hai after a year? Aur parking allocation bhi, is it fair ya lottery-based nightmare?
