Project handover processes are a complete joke sometimes.

Just moved into ATFL Defence County last month, and honestly, the 'completed' tag feels like a lie. They rushed the handover, and now I'm finding so many small but annoying issues. Things like leaky pipes, shoddy paintwork, and some amenities still not fully functional. It's like they just wanted to get us in. Maintenance charges are also way higher than what was indicated. Did anyone else face this with ATFL Defence County? What did you do about it?
