My client almost bought into Promax Dreamville Home, and now I'm seeing so many red flags on their actual site. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different – I know builders promise the moon for amenities. But Promax ka clubhouse aur sports facilities, are they actually usable after a year? Yaar, brochures mein sab dikha dete hain, but after possession, initial snag list items like cracks and fittings kitna time mein fix hote hain? Investor perspective se, yeh sab resale value pe bohot impact karta hai. Anyone else faced this with Promax? Kya karein?
