After 5 years of renting, ₹38k every month is finally pushing me to buy. I'm seriously looking at Promax Dreamville Home. Site visits pe sab kuch great lagta hai, but I'm really worried about the actual usability of amenities post-possession. Jo bade clubhouse aur sports facilities dikhate hain, woh daily use mein aate hain ya bas showpiece ban jaate hain? Kya kids play area safe aur well-maintained rehta hai? Yaar, log bolte hain after some time, maintenance high hoti hai but services drop. Any residents can share their experience with these facilities?

₹1.3-1.4 Cr for 24 units? Builder will promise the moon. Amenities are just a way to justify the premium pricing. Have you checked the actual carpet area?
But yaar, kids play area and basic security are important. Promax Dreamville ka kids area safe hai kya? That's my main concern.
RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/200622/005013 suggests it's legit, but details like carpet area are key. Don't just look at super built-up.

Haan, aur woh gym equipment kitna time chalta hai? Ya bas first few months log use karte hain?
Totally agree! My biggest fear is paying for facilities I'll never use.
