Builder delivery timelines are giving me serious trust issues lately. I'm finally taking the plunge from renting, looking hard at Promax Dreamville Home. The price at ₹1.27 Cr–₹1.42 Cr seems okay, but I'm worried about under-construction risk. Promax's track record for delivering on time? Honestly not sure. Is the resale market for their past projects liquid? Don't want to get stuck. Any investors here have experience with Promax's actual possession dates?

Totally feel you on the delivery anxiety! Builders delaying is such a common headache these days. Promax Dreamville Home ka price range ₹1.3 Cr – ₹1.4 Cr sunke lagta hai thoda stretch hai budget mein, but if the location is good, maybe. But yeah, their track record is a big question mark for me too. Don't want to end up paying EMI for years without possession.
