Promax Dreamville Home — maintenance charges are too much, yaar. Promised good service, but quality bilkul nahi hai. Rent se bachne aaya, ab EMI ke saath yeh bhi. What's your experience, log?

So, U1, did you get any clarity on these charges? What did the builder say finally?
Regarding U2's question about 'kya karein ab' and U3's question 'is it just Dreamville', I'd say check the builder's track record for their other completed projects. Sometimes, builders increase maintenance post-possession, citing inflation. Also, read your agreement carefully for clauses related to maintenance escalation. As for U7's query on average maintenance, in areas like Aavalahalli or even Adigara Kallahalli, I've heard it ranges from ₹3-5 per sqft for similar luxury apartments, but it can go higher depending on amenities. Promax might be on the higher side given their price range, so definitely clarify this.
Ye Promax Dreamville Home toh ₹1.3 Cr – ₹1.4 Cr ki range mein hai. Itni high price point pe bhi agar maintenance issues hain, toh first-time buyers like us ka kya hoga? We are already stretching our budgets. I was considering this project because of the RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/200622/005013, thought it would be safe. But this thread is making me rethink. What's the average maintenance cost per sqft in other similar projects in Bengaluru these days?
Bhai, Promax Dreamville Home is still ONGOING, possession date toh 2025-12-01 hai. Abhi se maintenance ka issue kaise aa gaya? Usually, maintenance charges proper after possession hi start hote hain. Are you talking about some advance charges or something else entirely?
U5 makes a good point. Pre-possession charges are a real scam. Mera bhi experience hua hai.
Actually, U4, I think the original poster is talking about the initial charges or perhaps the quality of the sample flat/common areas they are seeing. Builders sometimes charge for 'amenities' even before full possession, or they collect a corpus fund that feels like maintenance. My friend who booked in Akshayanagar faced similar issues with another builder, they were charging for club membership even before the club was fully operational. So, Promax ka bhi kuch aisa hi scene hoga shayad.

Haan yaar, Promax ka naam toh suna tha, but yeh maintenance ka scene toh naya hai. They showed us a fancy brochure, but if service is bad, then what's the point? Is it just Dreamville or other projects too?
Totally agree! Meri bhi booking hai, aur sunke darr lag raha hai. Kya karein ab?
