Base price theek hai, but stamp duty, registration, aur PLC milake budget bigad jaata hai. My wife wants a good view, so floor rise bhi hai. Can these 'fixed' charges be negotiated or minimized somehow?"

Haan bhai, same pinch! Floor rise ne toh mera bhi budget hila diya tha.
