Dekho, amenities are a selling point, especially for a project in this price range (₹50 L – ₹8 Cr). But Chandigarh market mein kitne log daily clubhouse ya pool use karte hain? Most people are busy with work. It's more of a 'nice to have' than a 'must have' for many, in my opinion.
