Property Gallery mein possession ke baad first 30 days ka experience kaisa hai?

Property Gallery mein possession milne ke baad first 30 days mein kya-kya issues aaye logon ko? Just got my 2 BHK last month. Honestly, excited tha but ab small issues se pareshaan hoon. Builder communication to almost zero ho gayi hai after possession. Minor plumbing leaks, electrical switch problems, aur promised gym/pool abhi tak under construction hain. Customer service calls pe bas "dekhte hain" bolte rehte hain. Is this common for New Delhi projects? Yaar, defect liability period mein bhi repairs ke liye builder ko chase karna padta hai kya? My parents bolte hain this is normal, but I'm finding it so frustrating. Any tips on how to get Property Gallery to actually fix things? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kaise deal karoon.
