Visited Godrej's new project in Sector 150 last weekend. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 137, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa. The prices have shot up, a 3BHK is ₹1.5 Cr+ now. Already have a home loan for my current place. Is the tax benefit structure for a second property or for selling and buying again actually worth the hassle? Matlab, Section 54EC use karna padega ya Section 24/80C limits change ho jayenge? Any advice on how to navigate this? Has anyone upgraded recently and seen real tax savings?
