Did a site visit to PSR Vanasree last weekend. Prices seem high for an ongoing project at ₹1.11 Cr+, but I'm looking at long-term capital appreciation. From my experience, initial pricing can make or break ROI. What kind of rental yield are people *actually* seeing for similar 2/3 BHKs there? Brochure numbers are always inflated. Also, PSR's delivery track record... have they been on time with past projects? That's a huge factor for investor confidence and resale liquidity down the line.

Totally agree! My friend booked with them in Aavalahalli, possession got delayed by 8 months. RERA bhi kuch nahi kar paya us time. Builder ne bas date pe date di.
