Pune 2BHK: Builder choice dilemma for my own place

What's the real construction quality from Kolte-Patil vs Godrej Properties? I'm eyeing 2BHKs in Hinjewadi, around ₹85L. I know the builder games, but worried about finishing issues post-possession. How reliable are Kumar Properties for on-time delivery? Any recent buyer experiences with these builders?

Yaar, Kolte-Patil ki finishing kaafi mixed reviews wali hai. Mere friend ne NIBM mein liya tha, plumbing issues the aur tiles bhi ukhad gaye the within a year. Godrej ki value for money theek hai but Hinjewadi mein 85L for 2BHK feels a bit high right now, especially with all the new inventory coming up. Kumar Properties ki delivery toh always ek gamble hai, bahut delays hote hain. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.
