Since selling our big family home, I'm looking for a smaller, manageable flat in Pune. Kids have moved out, so an elevator, good society, and hospital proximity are key. I'm considering a 2BHK in Wakadkar Wasti, Ram India Group ka project. Quoted price hai ₹85L. What's the *true* all-in cost, yaar? Builder says all-inclusive, but I'm sure stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, and maintenance deposit will be extra. Kitna extra expect karoon? Can we really negotiate 5-7% off the base price in Wakadkar Wasti, ya fir bas 1-2% hi milega?
