Is the jump from a 2BHK to a 3BHK in Pune worth it right now? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Kharadi, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Baner or Hinjewadi. Prices feel really high, like ₹1.4-1.6 Cr for a decent place. With Metro work and Ring Road progressing, is this appreciation sustainable? Already have a home loan, so a bigger EMI is a concern. Are we near a market peak, or will prices keep climbing? What are your thoughts on areas like NIBM Road for a 3BHK?
