Been looking for a year. Builders like Prakash The Hallmark Wings D E F promise grand amenities. But are those clubhouses ever actually used? Maintenance charges for ghost facilities seem too high. Am I wrong?

Bhai, you're not wrong at all! I totally feel you. Most of these 'grand amenities' are just on paper or look good in the brochure. Once you move in, you realize the swimming pool is mostly empty, the gym equipment is old, and the clubhouse is booked for some builder event
