Pune builder delays: What's your experience?

Visited a Kolte-Patil project near Karve Nagar last weekend. Brochure mein possession 2.5 years tha, ab lag raha 4 saal lagenge. Matlab, Pune Metro ka kaam bhi slow hai, but builders toh bilkul hi time pe nahi dete. I know the tricks, but buying for myself, this delay is just killing my EMI plans. Kya ye timeline delays normal hain ya main hi unlucky hoon? Any advice on how to push builders? Is this affecting others' investment windows near infra corridors?

Bhai, you're definitely not unlucky! Kolte-Patil ka toh track record hi aisa hai. My friend booked a flat with them in Wakad, promised possession in 2021, abhi tak sirf structure khada hai. Yeh delays toh new normal ho gaya hai Pune mein. Meri bhi EMI chal rahi hai, so I feel your pain.
