Pune builders' amenity promises are mostly just brochure talk.

Wagholi — just moved into my Kolte-Patil flat two months back. Honestly, construction quality is okay-ish, but yaar, plaster cracks already and some seepage spots. Things nobody told me to check properly during possession. My neighbour, who bought in a Kumar Properties project nearby, unke amenities poore mile hain, and society maintenance bhi sahi hai. Matlab, brochure mein jo swimming pool ya gym dikhate hain, woh actual mein waise hote nahi. Mera biggest learning? Always visit a builder’s *older*, delivered projects, not just the new sample flat. Helps see real quality and how amenities age. Any similar experiences with Godrej Properties or Mahindra Lifespaces? Is this common with all builders in Pune?
