Visited Sonai Realty in Hinjewadi. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Builders quote base. What hidden charges actually hit you near possession in Pune? PLC, OC... I'm expecting more.

Haan bhai, Sonai Realty toh notorious hai. Mera friend bhi फस गया था with their 'surprise' charges.

I'm expecting more. It's so frustrating, my entire budget is getting messed up just by these 'extra' costs they conveniently forget to mention upfront.
