Visited Kohinoor Regalia Towers and Mantra Mesmer. Upgrading my 2BHK. Total cost of ownership and carpet area efficiency are key. Advertised price is misleading; hidden charges add up. Is the premium for usable space justified?

Totally agree with you! These builders always advertise a low price but then add GST, floor rise, amenities, parking... by the time you add everything, it's easily 15-20% more. I faced the same with a project near Akurdi. Regalia Towers ka bhi yahi haal hai kya?
Sahi kaha U1. Regalia Towers mein bhi same story hai. My friend inquired, and the 'all-inclusive' quote was nearly ₹1.1 Cr for a 2B
