Pune buyers: Are brokers ever worth it for new properties?
Did anyone actually get a better deal through a broker in Pune? Just moved into my 2BHK in Amanora, and dealing directly with Dolphin Buildcon saved me so much hassle and probably 2-3% on the final price. Brokers just added layers of irrelevant properties and pushy sales. They don't have your best interests. Change my mind.

Totally agree! My experience with brokers in Ambegaon was similar. They just wanted to push whatever gave them the highest commission.
