Did a site visit to Godiva Promoters Llp's project in Talegaon Dabhade last week. Initial quote mein sab theek laga, but ab booking ke baad naye naye charges bata rahe hain. I'm a first-time buyer, honestly, had no idea it'd be this complicated. Matlab, PLC, society formation, electrical meter, legal fees... yeh sab pehle clearly nahi bataya. My budget pura hil gaya hai. Parents bolte the dhyan se dekhna, but itna deep koi nahi batata. Has anyone else faced this with Godiva or other Pune builders? Yeh hidden charges kitne common hain? Kya inko negotiate kar sakte hain? Samajh nahi aa raha kaise manage karun extra costs.

Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! This is so common, especially with first-time buyers. Builders know we're new to this. Mere saath bhi aisa hi hua tha, though not with Godiva. Booking ke time they show you the dream, then all these 'other charges' pop up. PLC, society registration, internal development charges... list khatam hi nahi hoti. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Pura budget hila dete hain, sahi kaha.
