Pune buyers, what's your RERA experience been like?

RERA complaints are definitely not just on paper, I can tell you that. Just moved into Purva Emerald Bay, Hinjewadi last month. Almost signed a builder-buyer agreement with some tricky delay clauses. RERA helped us understand our legal options. Anyone else in Pune had to use RERA to push back on builder agreements or delays? How effective was it for you?

Bhai, you're so right! RERA is a lifesaver. I was looking at a project near Sinhagad Road and the sales guy was pushing so hard for an 'early bird' payment. After reading up on RERA, I realised kuch clauses were super shady. Glad you didn't get trapped. Did you actually file a complaint or just use RERA info?

U1, we didn't file a formal complaint yet, but just mentioning the RERA clauses to the builder's sales team made
