Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Everyone glorifies these fancy clubhouses in projects like Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2, but sach mein kaun use karta hai? I feel like most are just for show, empty all the time. My parents keep saying it's just extra maintenance cost for nothing. Hum log itne high charges kyu dein for ghost facilities and a gym with two broken treadmills? Honestly, does it even make the place feel like a real home? Change my mind.

Haan yaar, the struggle is real. I've seen some projects in Amanora Park Town where the clubhouses are genuinely good and active, but they are usually the really high-end ones. For projects like Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2, at ₹3.0 Cr, I'm wondering if the quality and usage justify the cost. Has anyone actually visited this specific project's clubhouse or talked to current residents? What's the RERA number for this project, just to cross-check?
U3, I did visit Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2 site last month. They showed me the clubhouse plans, but it's still under construction. No residents to talk to yet since possession is only by 2026-06-01. The RERA number for the project is P52100045478. You can check it online.
Totally agree, U1! I went to see a project near Sinhagad Road last week, and the clubhouse was sparkling clean, but bilkul khaali. The sales guy kept hyping it up, but I was thinking, 'Who's actually paying for all this and not even using it?' My budget is already stretched, and adding lakhs for a fancy unused space just feels wrong.
Exactly, U2! It's a major concern for budget-conscious buyers like us.
