Been looking for 6 months now, mostly Upper Kharadi. Revell Realtors' project seems interesting. For first-time buyers, how do you evaluate under-construction delivery risk? What to check beyond brochures?

Revell Realtors? Bhai, unka track record check kiya kya? My friend booked with them near Akurdi 3 years back, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Brochure mein sab achha lagta hai, but ground reality alag hoti hai. RERA site pe complaints dekh lo ek
