Pune construction quality is my biggest concern for long-term investment returns. I'm based in Dubai, so physical site inspections aren't easy, relying heavily on community insights. Specifically interested in MJ Opera. Investors, kya wahan construction quality really up to mark hai? I'm worried about common issues like cracks or seepage emerging within a year post-possession, which would seriously hit resale value and tenant appeal. Also, amenities ka kya haal hai? Builders promise a lot, but are they delivered accurately? Does a fancy clubhouse actually justify a premium, or is it just a high-maintenance ghost facility? Need to ensure tenant attraction and low maintenance for ROI.
