Specifically interested in MJ Opera. Investors, kya wahan construction quality really up to mark hai? I'm worried about common issues like cracks or seepage emerging within a year post-possession, which would seriously hit resale value and tenant appeal. Also, amenities ka kya haal hai? Builders promise a lot, but are they delivered accurately? Does a fancy clubhouse actually justify a premium, or is it just a high-maintenance ghost facility? Need to ensure tenant attraction and low maintenance for ROI.
