Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, ab samajh nahi aa raha kahan invest karu. My budget is around 90L-1.1Cr for a 2BHK. Hinjewadi aur Baner-Balewadi mein kaafi projects dekhe, jaise Kolte-Patil ke. Metro aur Ring Road ka impact kitna hoga? Is it still worth buying in these areas for good appreciation? Ya NIBM Road jaise areas better hain? Honestly, thoda nervous hu first purchase hai. What's the scene wahan?
