Pune 'Gated Community' corridor: Infra impact on ROI?
Infrastructure development in Pune is definitely the biggest game-changer for property values right now. I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in the 'Gated Community' corridor, but it's hard to get ground truth from here. The new metro lines and road upgrades, like the Inner Ring Road progress, must have shifted things significantly. I'm trying to understand which specific pockets within the 'Gated Community' area have benefited most from this infrastructure push. Is it the areas closer to the new metro stations or those with better access to the expressways that are seeing better ROI? I can't do a site inspection myself, so I'm relying on community insights. Also, how challenging is finding a reliable property manager and handling power of attorney for remote investors? Any recommendations on areas or legal advice would be really helpful.
