My possession for the Gagan Properties flat in Revenue Colony was in March, and honestly, the final bill was a shocker. Things nobody told me about until the very end. I thought I knew my all-in cost for my 2BHK, but the builder added so many last-minute charges... like some utility setup fees and unexpected maintenance deposits. Has anyone managed to negotiate these down effectively in Pune? Or get a clearer breakdown upfront? I'm wondering if I could've pushed harder on the base price too. Is 5% off the listed price even realistic for a new project?
