Pune home loan tax savings: Real ya bas hype?

Pune property ke tax benefits ko builders oversell karte hain, lagta hai. Even I, working in real estate, am confused. My 2BHK in Baner (₹90L) needs smart tax planning. Beyond Section 80C, koi other hacks for Section 24? Kolte-Patil project mein kya actual EMI savings significant hain?

Totally agree! Builders make it sound like you'll save lakhs, but when you do the math, it's not that straightforward. My CA also gave me a reality check. For my 1BHK in Akurdi, I'm already struggling with the down payment, so every paisa counts for tax savings.
