My landlord just raised rent again, and I'm fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge to buy in Pune, but confused about the infra projects. Pune Metro, Ring Road, Purandar Airport ka kya scene hai? Hinjewadi, Baner-Balewadi mein prices already shoot up ho gaye hain. Is it still worth looking at Kondhwa or NIBM Road for a 2BHK around ₹90L? Kya lagta hai, kaunse areas Metro Phase 2 ya Ring Road se sabse zyada benefit honge for future appreciation, but still affordable now? Kolte-Patil ya Godrej Properties ke projects consider kar raha hoon. Any thoughts on actual infra project timelines? Don't wanna get stuck with delays.

Totally relate! Rent hikes are brutal. I'm also eyeing Pune and ₹90L for a 2BHK is my budget too. Kondhwa and NIBM are good, but have you checked out Undri or Pisoli? Thoda aur affordable mil sakta hai wahan.
Undri and Pisoli are good options but traffic gets bad during peak hours. Plus, school/hospital connectivity needs to be checked carefully. What about water supply issues in those areas?
